Purpose
In order to ensure that all users of ¾Ã²ÝÈȾòÝÊÓƵ data and information technology (IT) resources are aware of their role in maintaining the security of ¾Ã²ÝÈȾòÝÊÓƵ data, security training may be required.
Requirement
All employees must successfully complete information security training at time of on-boarding, in a form established by the appropriate central information security office at each campus or business entity. Volunteers, contractors and other users of ¾Ã²ÝÈȾòÝÊÓƵ data and IT resources may also be required to complete this training when applicable.
Failure to comply with this training requirement may result in suspension of an employee's access to ¾Ã²ÝÈȾòÝÊÓƵ-issued accounts and/or other ¾Ã²ÝÈȾòÝÊÓƵ IT resources.
