Rental of trucks (heavy duty trucks, cargo vans, moving vans, commercial) for business purposes should be made with the contracted supplier Enterprise Truck Rental. ¾Ã²ÝÈȾòÝÊÓƵ employees are encouraged to utilize this contract when possible. This includes daily or long-term rental needs.
The ¾Ã²ÝÈȾòÝÊÓƵ contract provides rates and coverage information. When renting from Enterprise Truck Rental DECLINE all insurance offerings – rental rates include CDW and Liability Insurance coverage.

Payment Methods
- Once the rental agreement has been accepted, and the rental charges are less than $5000, the ¾Ã²ÝÈȾòÝÊÓƵ OneCard can be used for payment.
- If there will be multiple purchases made over a period of time, a blanket purchase order may be requested.
- When a ¾Ã²ÝÈȾòÝÊÓƵ purchase order is issued, invoices with the PO# clearly notated should be sent to Accounts Payable for processing.
